This Agreement is made between Mintor LLC t/as OSO Arabians (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the undersigned employee (hereinafter referred to as "the Employee").

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • The Employee must hold a current and valid driver’s licence applicable to the type of vehicle being provided.

   • The Employee must provide a copy of their driver’s licence to the Company upon request and notify the Company immediately if their licence is suspended, cancelled, or expires.

2. Use of the Vehicle

   • The vehicle is provided for personal use by employees living on-site at OSO Arabians.

   • The Employee must only use the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and for lawful purposes.

3. Vehicle Care and Maintenance

   • The Employee agrees to keep the vehicle clean and tidy at all times.

   • No rubbish or personal belongings should be left in the vehicle after use.

   • The Employee must clean the vehicle regularly. Failure to maintain the vehicle in a clean state may result in the cost of professional cleaning being deducted from their pay at the Company’s discretion.

   • The Company reserves the right to conduct random inspections of the vehicle.

4. Reporting Damage and Mechanical Issues

   • The Employee must immediately report all damage to the vehicle, no matter how minor.

   • Any mechanical issues or unusual noises must be reported to management promptly.

5. Insurance and Excess

   • The vehicle is insured by the Company. However, in the event of an incident, the Employee may be required to pay the insurance excess at the Company’s discretion, based on the circumstances of the incident.

6. Responsibility for Costs

   • The Employee may be held financially responsible for cleaning or repair costs resulting from misuse, neglect, or damage caused by reckless behaviour.

7. Termination of Use

   • The Company reserves the right to revoke the Employee’s access to the vehicle at any time if they fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
